Confusing Images

Course introduction:

Imparted at the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille” in 2007 and targeted at young architects. We offer an introduction to the production of Confusing Images – images where  virtuality and reality can not be told apart-. We mainly focus on the case study of the ray-on installation at Cluny, and the techniques of Image Based Lighting and Image Based Rendering, both published by Paul Debevec.
